The cabinet houses a single long excursion 21" driver in a bass-reflex design. The large, specially shaped reflex port enables the 21S-SUB to achieve high Sound Pressure Levels from a cabinet with a small footprint. The B4-SUB is an actively driven cardioid subwoofer powered by a single amplifier channel. It houses two long excursion neodymium drivers in an integrated cardioid setup: a 15" driver in a bass-reflex design facing to the front and a 12" driver in a two chamber bandpass design radiating to the rear. The cardioid dispersion pattern resulting from this approach avoids unwanted energy behind the system that greatly reduces the reverberant field at low frequencies and provides the greatest accuracy of low frequency reproduction. The B6-SUB is a high performance subwoofer designed for ground stacked applications, housing a long excursion 18” driver built into a bass-reflex design. When three or any multiple of three B6-SUBs are used, they can be positioned in a Cardioid Subwoofer Array with one cabinet physically facing backwards and driven by an amplifier channel with CSA mode selected. This achieves exceptional directivity control in lower frequencies and significantly reduces the energy radiating towards to the rear. The cabinet is constructed from marine plywood and has an impact and weather protected PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection) finish. The B8-SUB is an ultra compact subwoofer that pairs with the established d&b xC, xS and E-Series loudspeakers. The B8 features two 6.5” drivers housed within a bass-reflex cabinet design. Its low height makes it an ideal solution for small scale mobile applications that require an extended low frequency response while still achieving high Sound Pressure Levels. The frequency response extends from 43 Hz to 170 Hz. When operating in 100 Hz mode, the upper operating frequency of the subwoofer is reduced from 170 Hz to 125 Hz.

The B8-SUB can be flown either horizontally or vertically. The rear of the cabinet incorporates a handle and an M20 threaded flange in the top panel that accepts the d&b Z5013 Loudspeaker stand for the deployment of applicable d&b full range cabinets with a maximum top load of 8 kg (17.6 lb). Two M8 threaded inserts are incorporated, one on each side panel to allow the attachment of a dedicated flying bracket.

The built in passive crossover network allows the E12X-SUB to be operated in parallel to the E8 loudspeaker on the same amplifier channel, greatly extending the low frequency headroom and bandwidth of the systems. The T-SUB is an actively driven bass-reflex loudspeaker fitted with a high excursion 15" driver. d&b SenseDrive technology is available when powered by the D12 amplifier. It can be used to supplement the LF headroom of the T10 loudspeaker in various combinations, ground stacked or flown, either integrated on top of a T10 array or as a separate column. The Ti-SUB is the installation version of the T-SUB and only differs to the road version in the mounting hardware and cabinet details. It can be used to supplement the LF headroom of the Ti10L and Ti10P cabinets in various configurations. The Ti subwoofer cabinet is an actively driven bass-reflex design housing a long excursion 15" driver with a neodymium magnet.
